NOV.2017 Storm Project in Planning
JAIA Architects have submitted a full planning application for the Storm project. The scheme will transform an existing warehouse type office into modern open plan office circa 80,000 sqft in Watford. The various challenges include how to keep existing business operation while the massive transformation takes place. The additional storey to extend the floor area will give a great opportunity to create signature branding for the ever growing business of the client.
