FEB.2016 Samsung R&D Centre Canteen

JAIA Architects have been commissioned to re-invigorate the interior design of the Canteen of the Samsung R&D Centre in Staines. With a tight budget, JAIA specified the flooring and furniture and proposed the idea to  stencil the walls with a digitalised world map to express the global ambitions of the R&D Centre.

DEC.2015 Chapel Street

21 Chapel Street has been completed and hugely welcomed by the local market. The mixed use development of 5 flats + 3 retail units in the conservation area of the Petersfield high street has been well received by the LPA in the planning stage and now completed and all the units are sold out.

OCT. 2015 FIC Student Accommodation

JAIA has been appointed to design a student accommodation of 300 pupils for Felixstowe International College in Felixstowe. The project requires rapid delivery to meet the school’s plan to accommodate new pupils in Autumn term 2016. JAIA is looking at various options including modular system to speed up the delivery.
