JUL.2022 20 Colehill Gardens – Completion
JAIA Architects had been working on various flat loft conversion projects at Colehill Gardens, which is a Victorian Mansion block located within Conservation Area in Fulham. From the great success of other flat loft conversion projects, JAIA was appointed for this unique project by the client. This challenging project was to convert a loft of the existing flat to 3 bedrooms + family bathroom and make the flat into a duplex unit with the multi function & flexible open plan on the existing flat level.
This has been achieved by making existing flats to living, study and dining connected with double doors, in which the space can be connected as a open plan. At the same time, the space can be divided into separate rooms with individual access from the corridor. The converted up stair sails out over the other flat to create 3 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and fulfils this very much unique duplex flat in the middle of prestigious area of Fulham.
