JAN. 2017 The Parade Planning Granted
A planning permission for 6 residential unit schemes in Watford has been successfully granted! The application is a regeneration scheme in which JAIA Architects proposed erection of a two storey extension above existing a single story parade in the High Street of Watford. We have successfully argued this challenging design scheme will enhance and benefit the surroundings opposed to the concerns over the highly constrained conservation area. It is believed that the approved scheme will initiate similar approaches to the immediate surroundings which can regenerate the significant portion of the high street.
