DEC.2020 PARK HOUSE – UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Park House the 48 residential units development at 15 Bath road, Slough is getting nearer to a practical completion and started to show the main external facade of the proposal.
JAIA were appointed to propose a scheme for the project comprising 24 converted residential units in a PD approach to convert the ex-Burger King Headquarter and 24 newly added residential units in a full planning. Whilst the level of complexity of the project was very high for structure, M&E, air quality & noise issue, JAIA Architects successfully delivered the detail design and the meticulously designed external cladding details started show the difference it creates against other typical PD projects.
